Observed water damaged ceiling tiles inside cafeteria dining area; Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in hallway near entrance into cafeteria. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed many classrooms with unlocked / opened doors having aerosol cleaners / spray accessible; hazardous items are to be stored behind lock and key per manufactures specs when not in use. |
