Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water damage on ceiling tiles in main hallway. PIC stated that there was a leak there, got repaired. But still in the process to make sure it no more leaks. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Keep in good repair. |
