Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed numerous classrooms throughout school with chemicals accessible on counter tops and underneath hand washing sinks; ensure all hazardous items are locked when not in use. |
