The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed grass very high in need of cutting to prevent harborage of pest.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
