Observed in resource room, B1, B3 and C9 storage on the floor such as stacked crates and other furnishings which prohibit cleaning of floors as needed. Make sure to store in a manner which facilitates cleaning. |

Observed custodians closet unlocked and door open allowing access to chemicals. |
