Observed walls in general cleaning throughout in gang bathrooms. Observed water stains around ventilation in gang bathroom near cafeteria and on C hall. Repair any leaks around ventilation in bathrooms and repaint. Observed rusted stall braces on stall fixtures in gang bathrooms near cafeteria and C hall. Replace rusted braces on stall fixtures. Observed base of toilets soiled in bathrooms within classrooms. Thoroughly clean base of toilets in bathrooms within classroom. Observed chipping and flaking paint on wall in boys bathroom near cafeteria. Repaint wall around wall urinals. General cleaning of floor in bathrooms. Monitor base of stall fixture in boys gang bathroom on C hall and repair if needed. Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). General wiping/cleaning of wall throughout school building. Repair base of wall in room A-2 and repaint. Wipe/dust window ledges in E wing.
