Observed hazardous items stored under hand sinks in classroom. Observed disinfecting wipes within the reach of children in classroom.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).Mr. Raye present during inspection. Mr. Poole received inspection.Observed no disinfectant in staff restroom used for diaper changing. Provide disinfectant in areas used for toileting assistance and where there is a high probability of fecal contamination on changing surfaces and toilet seats.
