#4 (cont.): Observed paint peeling on the wall in boys restroom behind the toilets on F Hallway. Observed toilet staining in girls restroom on E Hallway. Observed the wall peeling in boys restroom in RR606. No Points Issued for the Following: 11. Observed disinfecting wipes within children's reach in classroom D7 and Room 7 in Mod19. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
