General Comments

(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 4. Observed residue on toilet seat in boys main hall near gym, MC 44 boys and in D wing boys. Observed toilets clogged, without water or in disrepair in MC 44 boys, MC 19 girls. Keep all toilet fixtures clean and in good repair. 5. Observed paper towels missing at hand sinks in D wing girls and boys. Provide paper towels at all hand sinks. 8. Observed gym A/C vents collecting dust debris build up in need of cleaning. 11. Observed live cock roach in front office. Continue to utilize pest management control. **Observed mop sink in back gym storage closet collecting dirty water. Can wash in need of draining. Mr. G was present during inspection.
