Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor ceiling stain near boys restroom located closet to cafeteria. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed minor carpet staining to carpet located in media center. |
