A - Observed the boys restroom stall door/partition was damaged on D hall, the ceiling framing with rust in the boys B hall restroom, a stall door with hanging metal trimming in the girls A hall restroom, and the urinal wall partitions had rotten wood and rust in the boys C hall restroom.**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).B - General Comment: Observed some restroom toilet seats sprinkled with urine. **Keep all toilets clean. |
