No points deducted. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed toilet in middle stall boys trailer bathroom in need of cleaning. Trailers are not currently being used. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed no soap in boys locker room bathroom. Needs soap.
