Escorted by Alfred Beckam (head custodian).#1 - Observed no back flow prebention device on the custodian mop sink (chemical despenser) in the Gym Building. **Backflow connections and cross-connections with unapproved water supplies are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A 2405 (c).#3b - Observed water fountains with low water pressure in Gym, and the Guidance office. **Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b).#11 - Observed an aerosol air freshener was stored on a desk in room D8. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). (i.e. keep all chemical hazards or of reach of the students)**Mobile restrooms RR647 are currently not in use, and are kept locked.

Adjust all push faucets so that the water runs for at least 15 seconds per current building code. Lavatory facilities shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. 6	15	FLOORS: WALLS: AND CEILINGS: Floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair 30# (.2410)	No	No	No	Repeat Non-compliance: Observed missing and water damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility: Building A hallway near elevator (2nd floor), room 204, the weight room, Guidance entrance, and Building G staircase. Observed a ceiling tile with mold in D2 near HVAC system.**Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
