Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed dilapidated desks/furniture stored beside dumpster. Remove. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. V, was present during time of inspection. Observed ceiling tiles missing and some with minor staining in boys locker room and in gym, (per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired). Observed some floor tiles damaged in boys 500 restroom. Repair. Observed corner of ceiling in need of repair in girl upstairs restroom in building 600.

Observed door missing to single stall in boys restroom located on level 1 of 600 building. Per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have door placed back on stall. (-General comment).
