NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #9. Adequate facilities for storage of clothes and other personal items shall be provided and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (e). Observed storage in disarray in boys field house locker room showers. #.11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Microban cleaner stored on low shelving in classroom 209. EHS advises facility to store hazard items per manufacturers guidance that states "keep out of reach of children". *NOTE: Head Custodian Ms. Vency was present during time of inspection, EHS Kyril Copeland was present during time of inspection.
