#3 Observed water fountain pressure low in 300 hall. Provide pressure to reach over mouthpiece.#7b. Observed boxes stored on floor in 200 hall. Keep all storage area's clean and boxes off floor for adequate cleaning.#8. Observed lighting in boy's/girl's locker room very dim. Provide brighter lighting.#9a. Observed pad in locker room treatment area with rips present in surface. Keep training pad clean, non absorbent.Mr. Leonard present during inspection.
