9. -Observed no soap in the girl's locker rooms. -Observed broken paper towel dispenser and no paper towels in the boy's locker room. -Observed knob missing on the handsink in the boy's locker room.11. Observed gnats in the girl's restroom. Per a member of the staff, there had been a sewage back up in the locker room, and the students have not been using area. Observed no back up at time of inspection. Inform health department if issue still occurs.Mr. McKnight present.
