15A NCAC 18A .2408(d) Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed one urinal out of order in the boys’ restroom located on the 600 hallway, one toilet out of order in the boys’ restroom located on the 100 hallway, and one toilet out of order in the girls’ restroom located in the girls’ locker room. Observed one loose toilet seat in the girls’ restroom and one loose toilet seat in the boys’ restroom located near the cafeteria. Per the head custodian, work orders have been submitted for the out-of-order toilets and urinal. |
