Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed peeling paint on hand rails along the ramp before 800 hall entry. Spot paint hand rails to prevent rusting. Replace missing tile on the floor at the base of the wall along the hallway. Repair broken backsplash tile at the base of the wall on the 88 hall. Observed hole cut into the wall under cabinet counter in room 811. Cover hole in the wall to prevent insects or other unwelcomed pest from entering. Observed damaged/peeled drywall on the wall beside the toilet signs on 700 & 800 hall. Repair or paint wall to seal and cover damage area. |

Replace damaged blinds with blinds that are in good repair. Observed hanging light fixture in both display cases on 800 hall. Repair and secure hanging light fixture. |
