NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #5. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed no soap at 6th grade girls restroom. Observed one soap dispenser missing soap at 6th grade boys restroom. #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed 3 bottles of chemical in science room number 111 stored on container top near rear handsinks and not stored as directed on label stating "Keep Out of Reach of Children". *NOTE: Inspection conducted with Mr. Pauling.
