Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
Observed gaps between floor and bottom of exit door at the end of 100 and 700 hall. Replace cover on exit door bar at the end of 700 hall. Replace seals on windows in girls toilet on 100 hall. Observed paint chipped on shelving and cabinet door not plumbed in classroom 109. Observed cracking/peeling paint on wall in classroom 415. Observed cracked ceiling tile in classroom 417. Observed wall damaged right above floor at the end of the left side 200 hall. Replace missing face plate on wall socket in classroom 301. Observed loose borders around the base of the wall on the 300 hall. Observed cracked floor tile on the 600 hall. Observed missing wall borders around the base of the wall in classroom 630. Observed stained ceiling tile in several classrooms throughout. Water leaks from ceiling in classroom 718; school is in the process of building a new school and is not planning to spend a lot of money on existing repairs. |

All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Replace cracked/damaged and missing shatter proof cover on lighting in media center's tutor room and toilet. |
