General Comments

NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed loose toilet seat in girls restroom near concession stand in gym. Observed loose toilet seat in boys restroom located on upper 400 hallway. #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed boxes of storage stored on the floor on auditorium stage. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects in light fixtures sporadically throughout school building. Improvement from previous inspection. *NOTE: Head Custodian Ms. Teresa was present during time of inspection. Observed handwashing sink basins with accumulation in boys "officials" locker room.

Observed stained ceilings tiles sporadically throughout all school buildings on campus except 500 building. Per Head Custodian work orders have been submitted for stained ceiling tiles. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observed shower rooms being used for storage in boys locker room and in girls basketball locker room. REPEAT VIOLATIONS.
