Observed brown ring surrounding inside of toilet basins in all restroom located in outside stadium area. Observed build up in toilets in boys locker room in gymnasium. Observed stained ceiling tiles throughout enter school building to include the following: 100 hallway, student counseling room on 200 hallway, room 603, wrestling room in gymnasium, MC283, 5206 and 411. Observed ceiling tiles in disrepair in room MC191. Observed staining on carpet in media center and student services center. REPEAT. While inspection was occuring contrators from CMS were replacing stained ceiling tiles throughout school. |
