Observed the toilet seats torn off in MC658: boy's restroom- REPLACE ASAP to provide a seat for using the restroom.

Observed bags of garbage on the ground around the dumpsters- some torn open allowing the trash to be on the ground, overflowing out of the open dumpsters, in custodial closets, on floors in the hallways. Per Mr. Johnson, the trash has not been emptied since last week. PROVIDE GARBAGE SERVICE ASAP.
