Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile in custodial closet located on third grade hallway. Observed minor stained ceiling tile sporadically throughout school building, EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile replaced. Observed rear wall in need of repair in outside mobile unit that is being used for storage/isolation. |

All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed supplies and storage on the floor in media center teacher work room, production room, and workroom located behind office. EHS advises school to arrange storage in accordance with notated rule.
