-Repeat: Observed bulk bottles of hand sanitizer & disinfectant wipes, cleaners, etc stored within reach of the children in the majority of the classes inspected. Place all hazardous items out of reach of children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15ANCAC18A .2415b.
-Observed live roaches (large & small) in several rooms. Provide pest control treatment ASAP.
-Observed a large area of weeds in the garden outside of the media center providing a harborage area. Cut. (Picture attached).
