General Comments

Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed water pressure at one set of fountains in 200 building in need of adjustment. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed light covers missing from fixtures in middle mobile unit. Needs repair.

Observed damaged floor tile in boys locker room. Observed stained/damaged ceiling tiles in hall of main building near back door, room 315/326, room 131, room 204 and outside room 206. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired. REPEAT. *room 131 is closed due to ceiling repairs needing to be completed.
