REPEAT NON-COMPLIANCE - Observed ceiling panels were missing in the boys restroom 300 building (near urinals), the stall walls/partitions and doors with chipping and/or peeling paint throughout the school, a stall partition had been repaired with unfinished wood in the boys cafeteria restroom, the ceiling had dried residue in the cafeteria boys restroom, and the stall partitions were rusty in the men's staff restroom 100 building. Observed the floor was wet and needed cleaning in the girls and boys 200 building. **Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). **Floors of toilet facilities shall be impervious and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (c). |
