Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed water fountains throughout the facility need better cleaning and keep clean. Observed duck tape on two water fountains at the end of hallway by the gym. Need to keep in good repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed damaged floor on 3th grade hall way by the cafeteria. Observed water stained on ceiling tiles in 1st, 3th/4th/5th grades hall way. Check if there is no active leaks, repair/replace the ceiling tiles. |
