Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed bugling ceiling tile with minor stained in classroom 218. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced where needed throughout school building.
