No Points Deducted: 5. Observed sink in boy's restroom in modular unit rusted around the outer edge and in need of recaulking. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 11. Observed disinfectant wipes out accessible to students in rooms 063, 026 and in modular room 7. Essential oil refills were also accessible to students on room 063. Warning label states should be out of reach of children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
