Observed stained ceiling tile in 6th grade hall outside bathrooms. Observed stained ceiling tiles in 604 and engineering 2nd floor custodial. Observed some missing ceiling tiles in hall outside lower gym. Observed searches ceiling in girls locker room 5. Observed wall paint chipping in downstairs bathroom in Leadership building. REPEAT VIOLATION. |

Observed multiple custodial closets unlocked and containing chemicals. Observed chemicals stored in area between bathrooms next to theater shop. Toxic materials should be stored to avoid health hazards. |
