Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile in girls middle school locker room and in lower school building on level 1 across from boys gang restroom on side hallway. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |

All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed 1 light out in girls group restroom on level 1 of art/tech building. During time of inspection, facilities director, submitted a service order to have light fixed. Observed dead insects inside of light shields sporadically throughout school building. Clean. |
