Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in Dowd storage room. (Facility manager stated repairs had been made and new ceiling tiles were available for replacement.) Observed ceiling tiles stained in room 402. Teacher stated the ceiling has been leaking. Needs repair. Observed cracked ceiling tile outside boys locker room. Needs repair.n |
