Observed Lysol out in nurse's office, lotion and perfume out in art room MU4, wipes out in classroom 622 accessible to children. Keep all hazardous chemicals stored in a manner that is inaccessible.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
