General Comment: Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed toilet seat pitted and in need of replacement in girls bathroom outside 121. Observed toilet out of order in boys bathroom Pell building. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes and disinfectant spray stored accessible to children in several lower school classrooms. Needs to be stored out of reach of children as directed on manufacturer label.
