Observed a few of the spring loaded faucets with short run times. Regulate and provide a minimum of 15 seconds (20 seconds) run time for proper handwashing in one of the dressing rooms and in the men's restroom in the fine arts building. *Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).
