Observed light shield missing in the boys' restroom storage closet. Needs to be replaced. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). NOTE: After speaking with custodian, I was informed that the HVAC system in the modular unit was not operating.
