Observed dead insects inside of light shields sporadically throughout school building. Observed several light fixtures not operable to include: girls and boys shower stalls in locker rooms, custodial closet near gym, boys locker room near exit into hallway. Repair. Observed 1 light shield missing in boys 8th grade group restroom. |
