-Repeat: Observed disinfectant wipes, aerosol disinfectant sprays, window cleaners, etc stored within reach of the children: adult restroom, rooms B241 & H112, and the custodial closet unlocked (chemicals present). *Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
-Observed gnats coming from the handsink drain in room C220. Clean & provide treatment. -Observed mice droppings on the shelves in the gym storage room. Clean, monitor, & provide treatment if needed. *There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). |
