-Observed stained ceiling tiles down the cafeteria hallway. Repair issue and replace tiles.
-Observed carpet fraying in some classes at seams.
-Observed carpet stained in the 6-12 grade class. Clean.
-Observed chipping paint around some window sills in classes & on the walls in the 3/4 year old boy's restroom. Repaint.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
