Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosols and essential oils in unlocked teachers bathrooms. Observed chemicals stored accessible to children in classroom 124. Observed Lysol wipes stored accessible to students in several classrooms. Hazardous materials shall be stored to avoid health hazards. |
