No points taken. Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed one water fountain in front trailers with low pressure. Needs adjusted. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed water fountain in need of cleaning in room 108X.

Observed damaged tiles at bottom of wall in main hall boys bathroom. (Possible leaking has caused edging damage in music classroom on other side of wall.). Observed damaged bathroom walls in boys 108X bathroom (Custodian stated bathroom is not used.). Observed wall edging damaged in girls bathroom in front trailers and in womens staff bathroom in front trailers. Needs repair.

Observed two broken sink faucets in girls trailer bathrooms. (Custodian states they work but makes loud vibrating noise, so two sinks have been shut off.). Needs repair. REPEAT.
