Observed disinfectant wipes stored in reach of children in (5th grade) 13, and B7 (multiple on table near exit door). Observed several hand sanitizer stored on counter near hand sink in B5. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children. OBserved garden boxes overgrown. Must maintain to prevent harborage.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
