NO POINTS FOR FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects inside of light shields in both buildings. *NOTE: Mr.Brooks was present during time of inspection.
