Observed disinfecting wipes stored our below 5 feet throughout inspection. Recommended that chemical such as disinfecting wipes be stored behind closed cabinets or above 5 feet. Observed boxed items including disinfectant wipes stored in bathroom in room A141.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
