5. Observed paper towels not provided at ELA boys restroom. Provided paper towels. Observed paper towel jam in dispenser in ELA girls. Corrected on site. 7. Observed boxes stored on floor in E10, E11. Area shall be arranged to facilitate cleaning. 11. Observed disinfecting wipes out in A202 and A136. Kids were not present in room at time of inspection. ****Store all hazardous products out of reach of children as directed on product labels. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Mr. Brooks was present during inspection.
