Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed missing and stained ceiling tile outside of classroom 180/179. Observed stained ceiling tiles in cafeteria, hall outside cafeteria, and outside 124. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol and febreeze as well as disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in multiple classrooms including 131, 135, 146, and 181. Needs to be stored avoid health hazards as is directed on manufacturer label (“Keep out of Reach of Children”). REPEAT. |
