Clean underside of wall urinal in boys bathroom near cafe/gym. Clean toilets in boys bathroom on 100 hall. Repair toilet in RR983 boys bathroom. Observed toilet completely missing from the wall and placed under hand washing sink area. Clean stall fixture in both modular units bathrooms(boys and girls). Clean paper towels/toilet paper from walls, stalls and floor in both bathroom in RR867. Repair wall and base board under wall urinal in boys RR867. Repair floor at entrance to boy bathroom in RR867. Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Repair handle on hand washing sink in boys bathroom near cafe/gym. Clean area around faucet fixture on hand washing sink in both girls and boys bathroom located near the courtyard. Repair counter top in boys or girls bathroom in RR983. Repair counter top in boys bathroom in RR867. Remove old caulking from around hand washing sink in girls and boys bathrooms in both modular unit and recaulk area around hand washing sink. General wiping/cleaning of hand washing sinks in classroom area. Repair spring loaded faucet fixtures on hand washing sink in RR983 and RR867 bathrooms with short run time. Spring loaded faucet fixtures shall operate for at least fifteen seconds. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). |

Place door sweep on base of hallway exit door at end of 100 hall leading out to the parking lot. Slide ceiling tiles back into place and replace missing ceiling tile in gym. Replace missing rubber cove base molding near entrance to 136 and monitor and repair damage sheet rock. Repair floor near door in MC828(area under rug). Replace damaged floor tile in MC598 along transitional floor molding in center of classroom. Secure loose ceiling tile grid railing in MC598. Clean stains on carpet in media center. Thoroughly clean floor and wall in outside custodian closet--->remove rusted damaged shelving from outside custodian closet. Replace damaged floor tiles in MC8

Observed disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray and air freshener not properly stored throughout in several classroom. Store cleaning products/hazardous products out of reach or out of sight of children or locked away. Observed plug-in in several classrooms and the smell seemed to be strong. Highly recommend remove plug in from classroom due to children with asthma and breathing issues! -
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
