Observed blown light bulbs in light fixture in classrooms throughout school building. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture. Clean top of heating and cooling units within classroom. Replace missing cover on heating and cooling unit in classrooms. Repair loose wiring on heating and cooling unit in Pre K room 138. Clean/dust window blinds. Clean/dust top of smart board and smart board projectors. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). General Comment: #11. Clean grounds around and behind dumpster area. The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
